COVID-19
Following the global outbreak of COVID-19, Clarion Events is continuing to monitor the latest public health and government advice for each of our markets around the world and acting in accordance with government and public health advice and World Health Organisation (“WHO”) guidelines. We support the stance taken by the Global Association for the Exhibition Industry, UFI and remain committed to delivering our events in a safe environment.
 
Unless otherwise advised, our events are taking place as scheduled.
 
The health and safety of our customers and staff is our number one priority. We strongly urge exhibitors and visitors to refer to the guidelines and protocols as suggested by the WHO 
www.who.int and local /national public health authorities to contain and mitigate against any further spread of the virus.
 
If you have any concerns and are feeling unwell, or have visited affected areas within the last 14 days you may wish to reconsider your attendance at the event.
 
As a precaution, we are implementing a range of additional hygiene and communication measures at all of our events.
 
We welcome customers who wish to participate in our events and who are not impacted by travel restrictions. However, please check the latest travel advice and entry guidelines for the country to which you wish to travel before making arrangements.

WHO CAN VISIT?
Please note the 2021 Manchester Furniture Show is being hosted in Harrogate, co-located with Home & Gift

Manchester Furniture Show is strictly for trade visitors only, which means it is not open to the general public. You need to be able to prove you are a relevant industry professional (eg: retail buyer, interior designer, specifier, manufacturer, agent etc) with a proof of trading such as a business card, letterhead, invoice, company registration etc. If you are setting up a new business in the next 12 months, or visiting with a colleague, you are welcome to attend but please ensure you have registered in advance for your personalised entry badge. 
 
Our exhibitors have a minimum order policy and will not sell to members of the public. No products are available to buy or remove from the show. If you are found buying for personal use, you will be asked to leave the exhibition.
 
HOW DO I GET MY TICKET?
 
You can register for your free ticket by clicking the register button on the homepage. You can also register on arrival at the show - but remember there may be queues! 
 
HOW DO I REGISTER A COLLEAGUE? 
 
You can complete the registration form on their behalf and send the information to their email address.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? 
 
Entry to the show is free for all trade visitors. 

WHERE IS THE SHOW? 
 
The 2021 show is hosted in Harrogate at the Harrogate Convention Centre (HCC). The HCC is clearly signposted from A61, Postcode: HG2 8NZ.  There are 200 car parking spaces available at the Harrogate Convention Centre, HG1 5LA. ARE THERE HOTELS NEARBY?

CAN I BRING MY CHILD?
Manchester Furniture Show is a trade show and is not designed for young children. Under 15's are permitted in the halls, but pushchairs, buggies and prams must be left at the Cloakroom. If you choose to bring your young child with you, you must be responsible for the child at all times. Please be aware that there are no crèche facilities at the show or at the venue. Any visitor aged 16+ needs to register for a badge.

CAN I OBTAIN A VISA FOR TRAVEL TO THE SHOW?
 
The organisers of Manchester Furniture Show are not able to send out letters of invitation for visitors from overseas in order to help secure visas. If your business is relevant to the show, you will have to provide evidence to the British Embassy in your country by submiting proof of your employment and the nature of your employer's business. Please DO NOT contact the organisers with regards to this, as all requests for letters of invitation will be denied.
